Those of you that know me will be well aware that I have zero belief in any religion. However, I do have to confess to quite enjoying seeing what they've built over the years in order to practise their faith. At over 1300 years old, Ripon Cathedral dominates this small North Yorkshire town. It's been rebuilt at least 4 times over the centuries, having been founded by St Wilfred who is buried inside. It's a building that's very much alive and in use, and noticeably clean and well kept. I like it, and this is a quirky look at its charms.
